About Optimal Aquatics

Signe is a 2006 graduate of Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She is the head coach of the Lake Sunapee Swim Team in New London. She has achieved ASCA (American Swim Coaches Association) Level 2 certification and is a Level 1 certified instructor in Resist-a-ball stability core training. Signe holds current certification in the Red Cross requirements for:

Signe is a life-long competitive swimmer who completed her four year swimming career at Colby-Sawyer College as Captain of the team. She holds seven individual college swim records, was a member of five record holding relay teams, and was MVP twice in her college career. She has been an age group coach since 2002 in New Hampshire and an Assistant Coach for the Colby-Sawyer College Swim Team since 2007. She is also employed by the Keelin Studio for Strength and Wellness as Office Manager and class instructor.
